Pain killer combination

As I am in so much pain . When I came away from outpatient they gave me oral morphine codeine phosphate and paracetamol . I was told how much to take ,but can I combine them ? I had hoped the oral morphine would help but this barely took the edge off it . Also I was given codeine phosphate for diorrah and don't want to block myself up .

It is important to follow the doctor's prescription and the pharmacist who dispensed the medications at your Outpatient department's Pharmacy will be the best person to answer your questions.
